Flying into GRU

I don't know what I expected but this is not it! I guess I was expecting something more like Los Angeles, but this was miles of beautiful green rolling hills and suddenly, a city! I did not manage to catch a picture, but it literally went from green hills to orange roofs. It's hard to tell from this picture, but it looks very alien - in the background, lots of tall buildings that al look the same. Looks lovely from the air.
